•  BrilliantShine Fusion X3 is applied to allow the stacking of Permanon Platinum. Permanon Platinum on its ownself does not stack, ie reapplication of Permanon Platinum on a fresh coat does not result in a 2nd layer because the Permanon particles do not bond to themselves once the concentration is maxed out. Having an in-between layer allows a 2nd layer of Permanon to be coated on,
thereby allowing you to have 2 layers of Permanon for greater paintwork protection.

(3) A fresh new coat of Permanon Platinum is applied on top of the 2nd layer to form the 3rd layer coating.
